Throughout my life, I often felt like I was too skinny. Despite my efforts, gaining weight seemed impossible. When I initially ventured into the gym, I was clueless. My routine was erratic, my diet insufficient, and my lifting regimen lacked intensity. Being a social media influencer only exacerbated my struggles with body dysmorphia as I constantly compared myself to others.

Towards the end of 2022, I became very ill, rendering me unable to exercise or eat properly. Feeling defeated, I spiraled into depression, abandoning hope for myself and my body. However, this setback marked the beginning of my true fitness journey. With determination and the support of a loving circle, I resolved to be consistent and embarked on a journey of self-love. From weighing 115 pounds, I progressed to 140 pounds, and today, I am wholly enamored with my body and the path I've traveled. Now, I serve as an online coach, empowering women to embrace confidence. Having battled body dysmorphia myself, I understand the struggle of self-love. As a former beginner, I want to help nurture a space for all fitness enthusiasts in their beginning stages, guiding them on their journey with empathy and expertise.
